If approved, pack up your product, and drop it off at United States Postal Service. Refunds are
processed within 5 business days after inspection.
Exchanges: Once approved, we’ll ship your replacement with a $5 fee (waived for subscribers).
Exclusions
Accessories like Shaker Cups, Konjac Pearls, and Sample Packs are non-refundable.
Any product that is offered as a promotion, or good will replacement is ineligible for any sort of refund.
