Ingredients
- 1 scoop Infi Matcha all-in-one
- ¼ cup cold water
- 1 cup Fairlife milk (18g protein per cup)
- 5 fresh strawberries, hulled and finely chopped
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- 1 cup ice
- Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the chopped strawberries with the sugar, lightly mash with a fork and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk the Infi Matcha with ¼ cup cold water until smooth and frothy.
- Place the macerated strawberries at the bottom of a tall glass, fill halfway with ice, then pour in the Fairlife milk to fill two thirds of the way.
- Slowly pour the matcha mixture over the top for the layered effect, stir with a straw, and sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired. Enjoy.
One tip
Pour the matcha over the back of a spoon. That is what keeps the layers clean.
