First-Time Orders

Returns: If you’re not completely happy, you can return an opened or unopened bag as long as at least half of the product remains. A 20% return fee applies and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Subscriptions:If you ordered on a subscription, it is a 2 billing cycle requirement. Returns are not eligible on the first billing cycle - only the 2nd when minimum requirements are met.

Exchanges: Want to try a different flavor? Swap an opened bag for another flavor with a $5 shipping fee (waived for active subscribers).

Returning Customers (Second Purchase & Beyond)

Exchanges Only: You can exchange an opened bag for a different flavor with a $5 shipping fee (free for subscribers). Limit of two swaps per year.

Wrong or Damaged Items?

If we sent the wrong product or something arrived damaged, reach out to us at info@bobanutrition.co, and
we’ll take care of it ASAP.

Please ensure you includeone photoof the items you received and the packing slip in the same photo.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Returns: Start you process here.

If approved, pack up your product, and drop it off at United States Postal Service. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.

Exchanges: Once approved, we’ll ship your replacement with a $5 fee (waived for subscribers).

Exclusions

Accessories like Shaker Cups, Konjac Pearls, and Sample Packs are non-refundable.

Any product that is offered as a promotion, or good will replacementis ineligible for any sort of refund.

All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Our warehouse team will inspect all returned items before processing refunds.
