If you're not completely happy with your first order, you may return an opened or unopened bag within 60 days of delivery, as long as at least half of the product remains.
Subscription orders are eligible for returns under the same 60-day policy. If you need help managing or skipping your subscription, please email us before your next renewal date.
Want to try a different flavor? Email info@bobanutrition.co to request an exchange. Include your Order # and the word "Exchange" in the subject line — for example: Order #1234 Exchange.
Exchanges only. Opened bags may be exchanged for another flavor.
If we sent the wrong product or your order arrived damaged, please email info@bobanutrition.co. Include one photo clearly showing the item received, the packing slip, and the issue. We'll take care of it as quickly as possible.
