Returns & Exchanges Policy (60 Days)
We want you to feel confident trying Infi. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll make it right.
60-Day Returns (First-Time Orders) If you’re not completely happy with your first order, you may return an opened or unopened bag within 60 days of delivery, as long as at least half of the product remains. A 20% return fee applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You are limited to returning a maximum of 2 items per order (two flavors in a bundle count as 2 items). Refunds are processed within 5 business days after our warehouse inspects the returned product.
Subscriptions Subscription orders are eligible for returns under the same 60-day policy. If you need help managing or skipping your subscription, please email us before your next renewal date.
Exchanges Want to try a different flavor? Email us directly at info@bobanutrition.co to request an exchange. Please include your Order # and the word “Exchange” in the subject line (Example: Order #1234 Exchange). You may exchange an opened bag for another flavor. A $5 shipping fee applies (waived for active subscribers). Limit of two exchanges per year.
Returning Customers (Second Purchase & Beyond) Exchanges only. Opened bags may be exchanged for another flavor. A $5 shipping fee applies (free for active subscribers). Limit of two swaps per year.
Wrong or Damaged Items If we sent the wrong product or your order arrived damaged, please email info@bobanutrition.co. Include one photo clearly showing the item received, the packing slip, and the issue. We will take care of it as quickly as possible.
How to Start a Return Email info@bobanutrition.co to begin your request. If approved, pack your product securely and drop it off at USPS. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
Exclusions Shaker cups, Konjac pearls, sample packs, promotional items, and goodwill replacements are non-refundable. All return or exchange requests must be made within 60 days of delivery.
