Fluffy, properly purple, and built on one scoop of Infi Taro instead of a pile of extra powders. These come together in a single bowl and cook like any other pancake, so there is nothing new to learn.
Why you'll love this recipe
- Easy to make
- Simple ingredients
- Total nutrition
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Infi Taro all-in-one
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 egg (or vegan alternative)
- 1 cup oat milk
Instructions
- Whisk together the flour and Infi Taro, then add the egg and oat milk and mix until a thick, smooth batter forms. Add 1 to 2 tbsp more oat milk if needed, but keep it thick.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, lightly grease it, and use an ice cream scoop to portion the batter into evenly sized pancakes.
- Cook 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form, flip, cover with a lid for a few minutes, and cook until golden and set in the centre.
One tip
Keep the batter thick. A loose batter spreads and you lose the height.
About the Infi Taro base
Every scoop of Infi is 22g of whey protein, 5g of fiber, 1 billion CFU of probiotics and 41 fruits and veggies, with 2g of sugar and no sucralose. It replaces the protein, greens, fiber and probiotics you would otherwise buy separately.
