I absolutely LOVE the konjac boba pearls. They are soft and just the right amount of chew. But one of my most favorite things about them besides having boba without the carbs is the fact I can use them in sweet and savory dishes with so many applications and even make candy with them. They melt with heat and will resolidify giving a texture quite similar to gummy bears. They also will dissolve in sauces avoiding the use of starches for low calorie meals. This has been a game changer and I am forever grateful for this help on my weight loss journey, Thank you Boba Nutrition!

I was bit skeptical about how it will taste and how similar it will to be actual. Surprisingly it gives similar chewy feeling which we have with regular pearls. definitely would be ordering some more.

Bought these as a healthier option than boba pearls, and they are very good! Been using them with my strawberry protein boba drink, I made with green tea, and these are perfect! They are the consistency of hard jelly and not the chewy boba, but they are still satisfying and good. Definitely would purchase again.

At first, I wasn't quite sure I would like the konjac pearls because I absolutely love traditional boba. After the first taste, I was hooked. Sometimes I put 2 packs in one shake and it's heavenly. I recently placed a $90 of just the pearls. Love them!!!

If you love jellies in your bubble tea, these are perfect! Make sure to follow the instructions about rinsing and draining the syrup they're stored in off first, though, or it will change the flavor of your drink.

I really enjoy adding these low cal pearls to my collagen drink. It's not exactly like chewing on tapioca pearls, but still very satisfying without all the calories.

i love my boba's but trying to watch calories and carbs, bought them and it totally works. going to try the protein powder next.

I really enjoyed the konjac pearls. Since Ive missed tapioca pearls since watching my carb intake. I like that I can add these to any beverage I choose too.

OMG I am so obsessed with these konjac boba pearls, it’s a bit embarrassing LOL! I was never a huge fan of boba tea because of the overall calorie count and not wanting to “drink” my calories away. I always enjoyed it as a special treat every so often!

When I learned of these konjac boba pearls I was intrigued. I’m a big fan of konjac noodles and being on a very low carb, no sugar diet I knew I would like them! And I was right!

But what I didn’t realize is all the different ways I would eat them! Every so often I’ll put a pack or two into a smoothie. But that’s getting more rare. Instead I add them to yogurt and ice cream sundaes! I also eat them as a kind of stand alone dessert with sugar free jam and low carb granola.

Adding them to morning yogurt bowl and to my almost nightly ice cream sundaes allows me to get extra fiber. Plus I love the chewy yumminess of it! When you drizzle chocolate syrup over these konjac pearls, as they get smothered in Nick’s chocolate ice cream - WOW! Sooooo good!

I go through so many packets a day!!! I have to figure out how to keep a steady supply in the house. But that’s a good problem to have with such a great new food in my diet!! Please keep making them!!!

So these are not a replacement for boba, it's more of a jelly texture, but that doesn't bother me because I also like getting jelly from time to time. And it still fulfilled my desire to have a chewy thing to chomp on. The flavor is pretty nondescript and can go with any flavor tea.
