  1. 2 cups of frozen bananas
  2. 1 scoop of Boba Taro Protein Powder
  3. 1/2 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based)


  1. Peel and slice bananas and cut into small pieces. Place them in the freezer  for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Once the bananas are frozen, remove them from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to slightly soften.
  3. Add frozen bananas, protein powder, and milk in a blender or food processor.
  4. Blend together all the ingredients together until you get a smooth and creamy consistency
